SalesSetu is a WhatsApp Automation & CRM SaaS product operated by Digital Avalokan AI. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
SalesSetu operates on a prepaid subscription model. All payments made for subscriptions, setup fees, or add-ons are billed in advance.
Once a subscription is activated, payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused periods.
Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from third-party services such as WhatsApp (Meta), telecom providers, hosting providers, or API limitations beyond our control.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Digital Avalokan AI. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
